Japanese Salmon Mentai Rice Recipe
Dalgano - Recipes Japan | Japanese cuisine is my favorite. Since I was a child, I have often gone with my family to Japan for work issues, so more or less my passion for cooking is influenced by Japanese taste/model. This time I want to share the Salmon Mentai Rice recipe according to taste.

INGREDIENTS:
Chirashi Rice Ingredients:
- 3 servings (1.5 cups raw rice) Japanese rice or rice + glutinous rice
- 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon dashi powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Accompaniment: stir-fried carrots, stir-fried shitake mushrooms, and inari (Japanese tofu skin)
Topping Ingredients:
- 150 grams of salmon
- 10 pcs Kani sticks
- 10 strands of nori/seaweed
- 1 tablespoon tobiko/fish roe
Mentai Sauce Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tobiko/fish roe
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 soft garlic
- Sugar and salt according to taste
How to cook Salmon Mentai Rice:
- Make the chirashi/vinegar combination
- Put the vinegar combination into the rice and add the vegetables
- Make mentai sauce
- Slice the salmon
- Put the rice, seaweed, and toppings in place arranged neatly
- Grill the salmon using a torch
- Pour mentai sauce and burn again
- Ready to serve
