Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken cut
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 liter of water (using coca-cola soda is more delicious)
  • vermicelli as needed, soak in hot water

Spice:

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sand
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • salt to taste



How to cook:

  1. Boil the chicken briefly until there is no blood, drain and rinse clean.
  2. Put the chicken and all the vegetables in a saucepan. Pour the spices, then the water or coca-cola into the pot. The use of coca-cola is to eliminate odors in chicken and make the meat softer.
  3. Cook until boiling and cook for 30 minutes.
