- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 liter of water (using coca-cola soda is more delicious)
- vermicelli as needed, soak in hot water
Spice:
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of sand
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- salt to taste
How to cook:
- Boil the chicken briefly until there is no blood, drain and rinse clean.
- Put the chicken and all the vegetables in a saucepan. Pour the spices, then the water or coca-cola into the pot. The use of coca-cola is to eliminate odors in chicken and make the meat softer.
- Cook until boiling and cook for 30 minutes.
- Sometimes it needs to be stirred so that it cooks thoroughly. Taste test, add salt and sugar at the end if needed.
- When the water has almost run out, add the vermicelli and cook again until the water runs out.
