Dalgano - Mie shake is a noodle dish with beef broth flavor typical of the city of Bandung, West Java. This dish consists of yellow noodles served in thick beef broth, sliced kikil (beef leg tendon), bean sprouts, meatballs, lime, and sprinkled with sliced celery, spring onions, and fried onions.

Shake Noodle |
Noodle Ingredients:
- 1 kg of boiled kikil, diced
- 1 kg of flattened wet noodles
- 500 gr sprouts
Soup Ingredients:
- 4 liters of gravel boiled water (I used the 2nd stew)
