Sala lauak is one of the typical Minang fried foods. Similar to bakwan but made with small round shapes, sala lauak is made from flour dough mixed with mashed salted fish. In addition to snacks, sala lauak is also usually served as a side dish to accompany sala rice at breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Rice flour - 500 grams
- Turmeric leaves, - 2 pieces

- Shallots - 4 grains
