  • 4 bay leaves (I skipped)
  • 400 gr sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 liters of water


How to make

  1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the pineapple pieces
  2. Heat a frying pan, add sugar until brown and caramelize. Add water.
  3. Add sliced ​​onion, deaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, salt, and cumin. Add pineapple chunks, mix well. Cook until boiling. Add red chili.
  4. Pacri Nenas typical of Aceh is ready to be served either warm or cold as a dessert or a fresh afternoon snack.
