Lamang ingredients:
- White glutinous rice - 1000 grams.
- Salt - 2 teaspoons.
- Oil - 4 teaspoons.
- Lontong mold.
- Banana leaves, to taste.
tapai ingredients:
- Black sticky rice - 2 kg.
- Yeast, which has been mashed - 3 grains.
HOW TO MAKE LAMANG:
- Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 1 hour. then lift and drain.
- Mix the sticky rice with salt. Stir well.
- Put the glutinous rice into the rice cake mold that has been lined with banana leaves. Fill the mold up to 3/4 full to make it solid.
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. then pour oil into it.
