Jambi Tilapia Fish Recipe
Dalgano - Fishkeeping is a typical cooking method from the Jambi region. With very simple spices, the fish is cooked over low heat using a little oil. Usually cooked without removing the scales.

Tilapia Fish |
Material:
- 2 Tilapia
- 4 Spoons of Salt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 Spoons Palmia Garlic
Ground spices:
- 2 slices of ginger
- 2 Spoon Pepper
Cooking Steps:
- Marinate the fish with lime juice, ground spices, and salt and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat Palmia Garlic, add fish, reduce heat, and cover.
- Cook until one side is brown and cooked through then flip the other side.
- Cook over low heat until the fish is cooked and browned then remove from heat.
