Itiak Lado Mudo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Duck or duck - 2 tails

  • Turmeric leaves, - 4 pieces

  • Cooking oil - 10 tablespoons




GROUND SPICES:

  • Garlic - 16 grains
  • Shallots - 20 grains
  • Green chili - 500 grams
  • Pecan, - 6 pieces
  • Coriander - 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 6 cm
  • Ginger - 6 cm
  • Salt - 4 teaspoons






HOW TO COOK:

  1. Wash until clean ducks. then Burn / fierce for a while so that the fine hairs disappear and the oil comes out. then Wash until clean ducks again then cut into 4 parts. then smear with lime juice, then let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil then stir-fry the ground spices together with the lime leaves and bay leaves until fragrant.
  3. Then Enter the duck, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, and galangal. Stir well.
  4. Pour the coconut milk and stir until blended. Then let stand on low heat for 60 minutes or until the duck is tender. then Lift.
  5. Ready to serve.
