Ingredients
- 6 large tilapia for 4 parts, cut into pieces
- 10 large red chilies, sliced
- 20 red onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons tamarind water (from 2 teaspoons tamarind and 6 teaspoons water)
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 6 banana leaves to wrap
Ground spices:
- 20 red onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 10 pieces of red chili
- 10 hazelnuts
- 4 cm roasted turmeric
- 4 teaspoons coriander
