Ingredients
- 600 grams of noodle sticks
- 200 grams of liver gizzard, boiled and cut into pieces
- 4 sausages, cut into pieces
- 6 curly chilies, sliced diagonally
- 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons pepper powder
- 1 cup water
- mustard greens / cuisine to taste, sliced
- salt to taste

Ground spices:
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 2 slices of ginger
- 4 pecans
