Cooking Delicious and Easy Gohu Fish
Dalgano Recipes - Gohu Fish or commonly called Sashimi a la Ternate is a food made from gohu fish. Ternate fish gohu is cooked from fresh (raw) tuna, Tuna is indeed an ingredient that is often used to make fish gohu. If the fish is not in season, it can be replaced with skipjack tuna.

Ingredients:
- 400 grams of tuna
- 2 handfuls of fried peanuts (or toasted walnuts), coarsely ground
- 8 tablespoons coconut oil
Seasonings:
- 20 cayenne pepper (Rica gufu), coarsely chopped
- 2 handfuls of basil (balakama), some coarsely chopped
- 20 cloves of red onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 lemon cui (muscle lime, key orange, kietna)
- salt
How to make Fish Gohu:
- Raw tuna cut into cubes, then washed and covered with lemon cui juice and salt.
- Mix with chopped basil. If lemon cui is not available, it can be replaced with lime.
- Mix chopped cayenne pepper, shallots, and peanuts.
- Flush with hot oil. If you want the tuna to be more cooked, you can add hot oil, so that all surfaces of the tuna are exposed to the hot oil.
- Serve with basil leaf garnish.
