Ingredients :
- 2 kilogram of beef ribs, cut into pieces.

- 6 cm cinnamon.
- 6 tablespoons tamarind water.
- 8 pieces of lime leaves.
- 4 bay leaves.
- 6 cm galangal, crushed.
- 10 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.
- 2 teaspoon ground pepper.
- 4 liters of water.
- 6 tablespoons of oil for sauteing.
- salt to taste.
Spices:
- 16 shallots.
- 6 spring onions.
- 2 turmeric segment.
- 2 tablespoon coriander.
- 6 (Kepayang).
- 2 teaspoon pepper.
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg.
- 100 grams of boiled red beans.
How to Make Sop Konro:
- Boil beef ribs with cinnamon, bay leaves, galangal, cloves, tamarind water, and salt until tender.
- Then saute the mashed spices with lime leaves until fragrant.
- After that, add the sauteed ground spices to the boiling rib broth.
- Then add pepper, salt, and soy sauce.
- Cook until ribs are soft.
